Sure it did... because like IE, it didn't completely unload in the first 
place ;)

Sorry... I just can't stand the concept of something not going away when 
I'm done using it and close it.  Making it "not really close" in case 
sometime I want to load it again seems silly... using that logic, why 
not just load my whole hard drive into RAM so that everything 
"launches" instantaneously?  It's best to leave that RAM free for the 
task at hand, not tie it up for the task you might do an hour from now.

To me, things that screw with users' perception of what's REALLY going 
on, making things SEEM better without being clear about the downsides of 
this behavior, are bad.  Along the same lines as the fake "power" 
switches on VCRs and the like.  Grr...

But I guess that's why it's an "option"... so those not fooled by the IE 
gimmick can opt to not use it.  Thank goodness it's not on by default.
