The Talkback reports can definitely lead to bugzilla logs, and influence
which bugs get marked "topcrash"

I suspect that all the TB reports go into a single big bucket. Some kind
of analysis is then done to look for common features. Once there are more
than [x] similar reports, someone starts looking at them in detail and
trying to figure out what's going on.

It _is_ working. Stability (for me at least) is much better following the
"topcrash hunt" that started just after 0.9. 0.9 used to crash on me
quite often after 1 or 2 hours surfing, but I don't think I've had 0.9.2
crash on me at all, despite several marathon sessions.

I used to have similar problems on Win9x (going all the way back to
netscape 4.0x, when that was a NEW browser), and used to similarly remove
TB at every opportunity. A couple of months back, I decided to give it
another go with Moz, and it all just WORKED. It's not a lost cause.
