Now Gary, you disappoint me.
You know Stan Bormann, head of Braemar, ordered you off Usenet,
AND told you to stop publicizing the Braemar heart monitor recall.
Do you _want_ us to be fired from Braemar? Is that it?

Good work on the correction about the FDA and Braemar. Sorry about
muddling it up. I don't know anything about medical devices. Let me
see
if I got your story right now. Braemar built a whole load of
defective
heart monitors, and voluntarily recalled them before the FDA got
involved. Yep, I am sure that anyone who got a defective Braemar
heart monitor is resting easy over that. Assuming their heart is
still
ticking, of course.

What is this "judge" and "legal proceedings" you keep talking about?
You have been yammering about that for what, a year or more? Talk to
the hand Gary, cos the face ain't listening.
Let me spell it out for you - a guy that posts something like this:

Or something like this:

Or something like this, about a competitor's product:

See, a psycho who posts thing like you did has no standing to sue
when someone objects. 'Course, you can pay $300 to have two more
lawyers
draw the pictures and explain it to you. Knock yourself out - it's
your dough. I'm not even touching on the hypocrisy of your actions
Gary. I can explain it for you, but I can't comprehend it for you.

Imagine how Ron would feel if someone were to start posting that kind
of libel about his company Braemar! I mean, it is one thing to post
the
truth about the unfortunate manufacturing failure that led to the
RECALL
of the BRAEMAR HEART MONITOR. It would be quite another to tell a
whole
load of lies over a period of years about the products of other
companies,
right Gary? Tell you what -- a court date wouldn't be so bad. Send
me email if you want my US mail address. Be happy to give it to you.

You say you didn't work on the recalled Braemar Heart Monitor product
Gary, and I believe you. You were doing a lot of posting in those
days,
and I'd be surprised if you found much time to do any work for the
people
who were paying your salary.

Here's a prediction: Gary will get fired sooner or later. And what is
with
all the alcohol-related imagery you keep bringing up? I mean, I don't
want to suggest there's a little problem in that department, but my
medical
friends tell me the phenomenon is common and even has a name:
projection.

And all those threats about "breaking" people? Did we have an unhappy
childhood? Are we giving others in the family an unhappy childhood
now?
Think about it, Gary. Would anyone well-adjusted give themselves a
goal
of "breaking" someone? Particularly when you're very visibly breaking
yourself in the process.

Very Zen, Gary. Good luck with the job. What goes around comes
around.
And remember, with capacitors, the current will lead the voltage
across the capacitor by 90 degrees. IF you mount it the right way
round.

          Love,

JTK, whom the Sickle Conspiracy spent a lot of time, money, and energy
to
discover is apparently one "Gary Z. Van Sickle", which the evidence
shows
to be quite an upstanding member of the community.
Did he get his money's worth?
