There may be a way, but I posted a message about the numerous Mozilla 
cache problems in .9.3 awhile back. No one responded to my post so I 
assume the caching is just really buggy in .9.3. I also think someone 
alluded to cache regressions in .9.3 in a weekly status update a couple 
of weeks ago, although nothing specific was mentioned.
