It uses server ports to interface with
the Personal Security Manager. The
ports aren't open to the Internet at
large, however. If you don't allow it
server rights, it should work fine but
you won't be able to use the PSM
features. If you grant it local server
rights (it can open ports but not to
outside connections) you can have your
cake and eat it too.
