I understand that.

What about an option field where you can choose which domain you want to  
join with CTRL+ENTER ?

i.e. if you choose "fr", ctrl+enter takes you to "http://"yoururl".fr/";. 
It's possible to tweak that in IE with an utility called "Xteq Systems 
X-Setup".
