Last I checked, last night's work on IE is not published to a web site 
for me to download.  Mozilla's is.  Every single day a new (usually 
faster/more stable) version of Mozilla is put up for anyone to download.  
IE does not release versions in this manner.  Thus, comparing Mozilla 
from the 12th to Mozilla from tomorrow vs IE, IE6 is a constant, Mozilla 
is not.  I should have been more clear
