Mozilla IS following the rules - it's Micro$oft that often 
changes the rules to muck up non-MS software.

Anyway, this really IS a Windows problem, because there are no 
Mozilla settings that you can adjust for this, and it's almost 
certainly due to soemthing not being set right in Control Panel.

What version of Windows are you using?
