Starting with build 2002011409, Mozilla uses ISO-8859-2 as the default character encoding, even though I've ISO-8859-1 in Navigator|Languages. The only solution (other than creating a new profile) seems to be to delete prefs.js, but - and here's the weird part - it works only for the first session after deleting prefs.js. When I close Moz and open it again, the problem comes back. Deleting everything in prefs.js so it's just an empty file doesn't even help! Any suggestions, or should I file a bug?
