This pref affects both mail and web pages.  I don't necessarily want to
override fonts on web pages, but invariably I do with html mail.  Big
pain in the arse to go into prefs and change the setting just to read
stupid html mail.  Maybe mail fonts can be segregated in
userContent.css, but this is a clumsy and unintuitive solution.
