Well, what do you mean by "immune"? Moz won't automatically execute it 
and Moz won't automatically mail it out to all in your Moz address book, 
but if you click on it and it executes, whatever else it does would work.

Huh? "disguised"? .com is every bit as executable under Windows as .exe.
