Please help me get back full Quick Launch usability. For me, the
greatest merit is instant mail access.
I cannot get the Quick Launch icon to get back in the row at bottom
right (Win Me) any more. After installation of a new version, the User
Response announcement window from Netscape 6.2.2 comes up saying that I
must restart before using Navigator. Only after restarting does the
Quick Launch icon appear, but once I exit Moz Quick Launch, it is gone
for good -- restarting Mozilla doesn't bring back the Quick Launch
lizard. Yes, I did Ctrl-Alt-Del to see if Mozilla is in RAM -- no, it isn't.
This comes from installing Netscape 6.2.2 looking for fresh dll's and to
use it for the Flash 6 installation. As it turned out, Flash 6 is
Mozilla-aware.
I tried re- and un- installing both Netscape and Mozilla, lest there
have been something missed in uninstallation. I think Quick Launch will
now work properly only after a Netscape 6.2.2 installation. Rgds,
