as far as i know netscape 4.x has a problem with pixel frames,, and i think its beacuse it draws them in percentages. so when u give it a size in pixels it will tranform it into percentage.. this obviously requires it to round the percentage.. for example 58 pixels out of 800 is 7.25% so netscape 4.x would draw a 7% frame which is 56Px..
