Your HTML indicates you used Netscape 4.7 to compose this page. That
editor builds notoriously bad HTML and thus your page has many, many
errors. Your page will probably look different in every browser.
You could either fix the errors, or compose the page anew in a better
editor.
To fix the errors, use the W3C's validator at
"http://validator.w3.org/";. Enter the URL of your page and simply fix
each problem it mentions. Once that's done, you have a much better
chance to find any remaining layout problems.
If you want to build the page again, Mozilla 0.9's Composer does a much
better job than the old Netscape 4 Composer did.
