Are you talking something that the USER can enable, or that the webpage
can? I'd only accept this if it was a user-controlled feature ONLY. Web
pages should not have that much control over my computer, without my
permission.
If it was something to be enabled by a web page, a confirmation dialog
box would be a requirement, along with a checkbox option to ALWAYS deny
web pages' requests to go fullscreen.
