Shortcut key sounds good, maybe C-ArrowUp/Down or something.

Headers like "Subject:", "Comments:" or other, user-defined, fields may
contain colons. Fields like "To:", "Reply-To:", "CC:" or "BCC:" may also
contain colons in their address-list, please see RFC 2822, especially
the sections 3.4 and 3.6.3.
