What is the server name of your e-mail account? It should be something
like pop3.norton...., it should *not* be the actual domain of your
email. If not, you have to open up Norton and tell it to protect your
e-mail account and it will retrieve the real server from Mozilla and
replace it with a server pointing to itself(I have done this on Win2K
and it works). Or else if you don't have the necessary permissions than
you should get the 'official' computer guys to do it, in my opinion it
is absurd to use an AV program and not properly configure it so that it
actually works correctly...
