I just notice this when trying to make the verticle height of a browser 
or mail/news window to will cause this to happen, and even make the 
scrollbar in the browser window disapear below the border of the window 
and status bar goes bye bye too.. I believe this part is caused by the 
XUL not by windows like the scrollbar problem here.
