I have the same problem with all my POP3 accounts. I often send big big attachments to colleages and delete the message in my "Sent" folder right afterwards (my client is configured to empty the trash on exit). Well my Sent file in the account's folder is now 92Mb event though my client only shows me I have about 200k worth of messages in my "Sent" folder.
If this means there are no real deletes hapening when we empty the trash, this could be a big privacy concern for some people. Alexandre Leduc
