Great! If this really improves image display by a factor of 10 Mozilla
would improve greatly in my eyes!
This would probably help
a) Page Loading/Rendering Time
b) Page Scrolling with lots of Background images
c) Repainting the window after task-switching to another program
Especially b and c would help the slugishness people are experiencing
when using Mozilla.
