We want this one. I think enumeration is sadly the only way to go. We need
to add mng, though (at least, when we support it again) - is that
image/mng?
The issue can be summarised thus:
"Mozilla currently only have the plumbing to send the same Accept: header
for all requests. We need to decide what the best one is given Mozilla's
current capabilities, noting that further upgrades do have the ability to
modify it if necessary. A sensible upper limit for the length of the
string might be 1k, but we'd hope to get it in under that."
