The filecache and memcache directories are no longer used.  The files
for the new cache are in mozilla/netwerk/cache/public (but not all the
files) and mozilla/netwerk/cache/src.

In the public directory, the active files are:

nsICache.idl
nsICacheEntryDescriptor.idl
nsICacheListener.idl
nsICacheService.idl
nsICacheSession.idl
nsICacheVisitor.idl
