I'd like to develop a new Protocol Handler for Netscape 6.2,
I'd like to know the steps for developing a new Protocol handler,and how to
register it with Netscape.
Note: I have tried the instructions in the following link
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/netlib/new-handler.html,but it didn't
work.
