if a website indicates that an image should be prefetched, then yes, the
image will be prefetched irrespective of your image blocking prefs. i'm
not sure how to rectify this problem since the prefetching hints don't
indicate the content type of the URL. we probably need a separate
"don't prefetch from this domain list" or perhaps we could look at the
URL file extension to determine if the URL is perhaps an image.
