hmm... it looks like we might actually just waste bandwidth in that case :(

BTW: running mozilla without a memory cache is like shooting yourself in the foot through your head ;-) It makes Mozilla run very poorly. I would not advise changing the memory cache size preference. Indeed, we will be removing that preference in the near future or enforcing a reasonable minimum value because lot's goes wrong when the memory cache is set to zero size.
