Does Mozilla suffer from any of these problems? If so, should bugs be filed?
http://www.w3.org/TR/chips/#scope says:
This document is a set of known problems and/or good practices for
HTTP implementations and their use, aimed at:
* developers implementing Web servers or proxies,
* developers implementing server-side scripting languages and
engines, web content management or generation systems, etc.
(referred to, across this document, as "Server-side engine
developers"),
* and webmasters, Web site managers (referred to, across this
document, as "Content Managers").
I read through it, and none of it is relevant to any HTTP _clients_ (which would include Mozilla), as far as I can tell. If you find things in there that _are_ applicable, please do file bugs. ;)
