So they're serving the file up as the wrong type, but it's not tripping
any handlers so it ends up prompting the user?

The default on Apache is to serve things up as MIME type text, right?
Is this one of the situations where Moz detects that it's not really
text and therefore kicks it back to the user to decide?

Any way for an extension to get involved in that process and handle .z5
files served as text that aren't really text?
