I reported to Bugzilla that Ctrl-Del does not delete to end of line
either in the URL window of Mozilla 0.9 or in the Bugzilla report form.
I got a reply asking if Ctrl-Del = Delete to EOL is an OS/2 specific key
combination.
Is it? In WordPerfect for DOS Ctrl-End was Delete to EOL, and I had to
get used to doing Ctrl-Del instead when I started using WPWin. Since
Ctrl-Del did a Delete to EOL in NS 4.61 (perhaps in 2.02 as well, but I
can't remember), I assumed that this was the new "standard" (wherever it
might have originated) and was surprised to find that it didn't work in
Mozilla 8.1 or 9.0.
So: do people agree with me that Ctrl-Del ought to Delete to EOL in
Mozilla, and that its failure to do so is a bug that needs to be fixed?
