fyi: New "freeze" keyword created

At the request of chofmann, a "freeze" keyword has been created.

Description:
Use this keyword for bugs which causes a system freeze (hang).  Usually, 
this is a result of infinite loops.  This is different than a system 
crash where a TalkBack report is generated to help us isolate the bug.
