No. This came up a while back with C|Net's test, which showed 56k modems
as being in the T1 to T3 range on Mozilla. This is due to the fact that
tests like this can't easily eliminate time spent displaying the page,
so they have to just "know" how fast a browser is and compensate for it.
Since Mozilla/NS6 renders the page much faster than IE or NN4, you get
results that range from "faster than it should be" to "downright
bizarre". When/if they adjust the test, you should get the same results
in all the browsers they support, since your provider is apparently
trying simply to test actual network speed.
