One unfortunate downside to Netscape being so closemouthed about releases is
that without knowing the scope of the release represented by "nsbeta1" there
is no good way to know which of the old bugs are appropriate to nominate for
it. I imagine this could be quite frustrating for non-Netscapers; perhaps it
would be best to limit your worries to what should be nominated for various
Mozilla targets.
It would be impolite to remove other people's keywords. Even if the target
is past the keywords encode certain information that people might want to
get out using queries. A good rule of thumb is that if you didn't add the
keyword you shouldn't remove it from a bug.
