This is a known problem with Windows ME under the main mozilla trunk (so 
I'm assuming it got incorporated into .7) .  Bug # 56581

I don't think it's related to any skin issues, but rather very very poor 
memory managment under ME.  

If you're not running ME and are experiencing this bug, please add a 
comment to # 56581

I've run mozilla under 98, NT 4.0, and ME and only in ME have I found 
this error.
