Thanks for the bug no.... I can monitor it now....

but some more comments.....

I see this bug from the December builds, and it was also present in 
Netscape 6 builds. It happens with all the deleted messages if the 
folder where they were is not compacted before exiting Mozilla.

So the only way to actually delete messages and leave them this way is 
to compact inbox or any other folder before exiting.
