bugzilla maintenance schedule

We have a new server being set up which will be dedicated
to running bugzilla. I'm tentatively planning for the
changeover to occur Friday morning PST on april 27. This
will involve 1-3 hours of downtime while the database is
backed up and moved.

Let me know if this is a bad date. The move could possibly
occur as early as this friday but that's right before the
0.9 freeze and i'd prefer that the change didn't occur
at such a busy time.

Yes, this has to happen during the day and on a weekday.
