0.9 bug list getting small... branch landing planning for 0.9.1

Getting very close.   Please up the status whiteboard with ETAs and r=? sr=? a=? needs
for all the bugs that are still on the radar for 0.9.

We will read the bug list at 3:00p in the pit today and figure out when to branch.
