Windows swiching

Hello!

1. Open some page
2. Click on some link CTRL-Link
3. The link opens in a new window
4. CTRL-TAB to swich to first window
5. But when the contents of second window is drawing Moz switches from
the first window to second, so I must swith then again.

This is VERY annoing. Is there a bug for this?
