Nope. But I think a general UI tidyup plan should form some part of
Mozilla 1.0.

There are currently 69 dataloss bugs at normal or above.

I disagree that total 4xp is a reasonable criterion; firstly, as you say,
it would mean a lot of feature work which just isn't going to happen and
secondly, we're better than that :-)
