We're about ready to release 0.9.4. We're waiting overnight to see if a
working patch shows up that will let us turn on some nice turbo-related
features. Even if it doesn't show up we're going to be releasing
tomorrow sometime.
After mozilla.org is done with the branch we're going to be turning it
over to Netscape to manage. Netscape engineers please use your internal
mechanisms from now on to get permission to check into the 0.9.4 branch.
