with Mozilla is impossible. It seems to be related with getting a
"SEC_ERROR_INADEQUATE_KEY_USAGE" error.

Fails for you with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; da-DK; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030218

Works for me with
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030223

But looking at the certificate chain I cant see what's wrong.

Searching google it's said that it might has something to do with an "usage extension" that limits the purposes for which the cert can be used. But I still cant find the problem in the cert chain.

IE and Opera loads the site just fine, but I'm sure that Mozilla is correct, just not sure where in the Cert chain I should fix it.

I doubt there's anything wrong with that cert chain. Could be an issue with the particular build you're running, or with your configuration, or with your cert7.db file.
