Hello, I'm using Mozilla (exactly: the derivative Beonex, latest version) and SpyBot, running on WinNT4. In order to block ads and other 'bad stuff' SpyBot has added known 'bad' servernames into my hosts file. So far, so good.
Now I get frequently alert-dialog boxes from my browser like "The connection was refused when attempting to contact <servername>.". Of course, that was the object of the excercise :-) But: Is there a way to suppress these annoying alerts? Probably only by supressung all error/alert-messages of this type(?). TIA Axel
