The site explicitly says that the newsgroups are *not* for user help support.

And - as a mere aside - it is definately a security issue.No, it's not. A security problem is when e.g. someone can break into your computer, not when something just doesn't work.
it just doesn't work with Mozilla's latest release.Maybe just file a bug.
