Would it be possible to add a feature to Mozilla email client ?
Due to the fact we've been infested by the Mydoom worm I had a modest idea to protect the address book.
Could it be possible the address book stays in an allways encrypted file on the disk ,then it might be decrypted on demand into memory when the user need to fetch an address in it.
I am not a real programmer so I wonder how hard it would be to plug this feature into Mozilla Mail.
I hope this could be possible as I really believe it would be a good weapon against such worm.
