Everything is checked - I'm not a NS newbie, I've been using it
since version 1.  I even unchecked everything and then came back
and re-checked (in case it would then create any missing files
or parameters).

I think it started on the NS 7.1 update when disk space was low,
but that's apparently not the issue now after the 7.2 update.

It's not a user config issue, but some sort of installation issue
that possibly screwed up a config file somewhere.
