Interestingly, viewing weatherunderground in IE, I now see they have an ad box for the anti-Edwards video which had appeared automatically by redirection the other day. It would be interesting to know if someone at WU had inadvertently set the ad up as a redirection the other day, or if it was intentional on the part either of WU or some employee, which would be quite unfortunate but wouldn't surprise me given the tone of the present political campaign. Given the ad's presence on their page, It seems less likely that the redirection occurred as a result of outside hacking. It's a compliment to the ad blocking ability of FF that none of the ads on WU show up when I view the page in FF, and also that, while it did redirect to the video site the other day, it only loaded a blank page, not the ad.

When I tried it with the slash, I got Yahoo. When I replaced the slash with a period, I got the weather.

Plus got to make 4 new blocks in AdBlock! :)
