Hey Simon,
This is one of the things that Gagan tasked me with doing. Unless someone
gets to this first, I will be hitting this once FTP works more reliably.
So, as the subject implies, where do file streams belong? Should I move them
to necko or should I keep them in XPCOM. The debate has gone both ways in
the last year plus. My thoughts are to keep them in xpcom so that people can
use file streams without dragging in necko? Does anyone object to this?
