The *very* few people building xpconnect-like xpcom language mappings may be interested in the issue of which strategy to follow in adding support for these new string classes to xpidl and typelibs. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65762 Once this is working then those mappings will need to add support to map these two string classes into language specific string types.
