We going to publish binaries for all blackwood projects for all
supported platforms after
mozilla0.9.1 release.

mozilla/java is not a part of the distribution.
You can get get mozilla/java directory using cvs.
The other solution I can think of is to publish blackConnect sources on
blackConnect pages.
Is that reasonable?
