[OT] FYI: XPLC Released

This might interest some people in here. I finally did a release of
XPLC. It's not finished yet, but I thought that some "release early,
release often" medicine couldn't hurt (and the general architecture is
there, if you don't need heavy-duty dynamic linking).

For those that don't know or remember, XPLC was informally known as
XPCOM-lite early on, even though it was clearly stated that it wasn't
compatible with XPCOM, partly because of its differing goals.
