Functionality of XP COM on Linux

    Would any one brief on the areas where actually I can slash the
functionality of XP COM in Linux to hold only the minimal architecture.

    I just want to make the XP COM module and it's related code to a couple
of 100 KB's. So let me know the areas where actually I can squueze it

    Also let me know the procedure to approach for squuezing.

    Is proxy stub code very much required in linux. I doubt.

    I think the thread safe implementation takes some code and time, can I
remove it or is it worth removing it????
