I am trying to find out how feasable it would be to build a minimal amount of Mozilla to just run Mozilla/Netscape XPCOM XPConnect compatable plugins.
The reason why this is so appealing to me is that I really want to make use of XPCOM technology to build new components that can iteroperate with Netscape plugins without having the over head of the reast of Mozilla. So basically in the end my goal is to make a standalone program that will run Netscape plugins and at the same time allow me to still take full advantage of XPCOM architecture. From the reading that I have been doing this looks very promosing to do, but I am starting to feel a little lost as to where to start. Could someone please tell me if they think this would be possible and if so please push me in the right direction to start? Thanks a bunch Lance
